The Location
Sunbeam cottage provides the perfect location for the discerning traveller in search of a beautiful self catering property with 2 pubs , the fife coastal path and a historic Romanesque church on your doorstep, famous golf courses and historic locations within easy reach.
Situated in Leuchars, a small village between St Andrews and Dundee, Sunbeam Cottage has good local amenities, a village shop, butchers, hairdressers, chemist, post office, 2 takeaways and a cafe, all you could want.
The cottage is opposite St Athernase Church which dates back to the 12th century and is still in use today, you may be lucky to witness one of the many weddings held there.

The Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, a sitting room with beautiful feature fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area that opens onto the garden lovely sunny garden, a spacious shower room, a utility/laundry room and an additional toilet.
The garden offers a great space for sunbathing, outdoor dining or just relaxing in the summer house.

St Michaels golf course on your doorstep, Tentsmuir beach and forest close by with fantastic walks and cycles and the Fife coastal path passes close by the cottage.
